Deposit Policy

Effective Date: December 21, 2024

Consultation

A $80non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking a consultation. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your procedure if performed on the same day as the consultation. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Procedure Appointment

To schedule and secure a procedure appointment, a $80 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Please note that this deposit covers only the appointment and that the actual cost of your procedure depends on the type of procedure and the amount of product used.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of your deposit. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us directly by phone or text at (929) 389-3311. Avoid using social media for these communications.

If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, please provide a medical letter, and we will reschedule your appointment without requiring an additional deposit.

By booking any appointment with MM Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to our policies. You also understand that all procedures are elective and can be declined at any time.
